Organic Whole Cane Sugar (Panela) is a minimally processed whole cane sugar, with a rich flavour full of caramel and molasses notes.

It's the most traditional sugar for making Tepache and other ferments that call for a more whole sugar, or more body and depth of flavour — but it's also great for cakes, teas, and sweetening your everyday life more naturally.

Not a good sugar for Kombucha.
